Investor Relations - Major Shareholders

The Company's issued share capital consists of 355,586,541 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights, together with 210,118,201 deferred shares of 4 pence each ("Deferred Shares").

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 355,586,541.

The Company has 26,761,568 warrants (exercisable at 40p and valid between 5 November 2005 and 5 November 2010).

As of 28 September 2007 the Company had been notified, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or is otherwise aware from the share register of the following shareholdings amounting to 3.0% or more of the ordinary share capital of the Company:

In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), in so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 54.45%. This percentage comprises the holdings of RAB* and Mr Harborne (who own over 10.0% of the issued share capital) and the directors (including former directors holding office in the previous 12 months).
